Day 6 - Mountain Coaster and Cookies with Santa

We were back at Cranmore today and in much nicer weather - it was sunny and cold. Today we have an action-packed day of mountain coaster, giants swing, zip line and snow tubing. The mountain coaster was great and even Bess let off the brakes and went for it. You could go from top to bottom with no brakes. We did this more times than I could count and we loved it.

The snow tubing after was practically an extreme sport - our first run they said we could go down as a four but we went so fast we blasted into the barrier and after that they said only two together max! it was quite the adrenaline rush and really quite fast.

As the sun set we took the chair lift to the top of the mountain for lovely views and cookies with Santa. The cookies were some sort of artificial flavour and colouring nightmare. When we got back down it was fully night and we were tired and cold by now. Unfortunately Nick had to drive all the way back to Cranmore again after realisimg he’d left his ski helmet from the day before!
